|1 can||Whole tomatoes|
|1 tablespoon||Caraway seeds|
|Salt and coarse pepper|
|Paprika; half-hot if you can get it or use a sprinkle of cayenne pepper|
Put the roast on a rack in a baking pan. Open the can of tomatoes and dump them over the roast mashing the tomatoes onto the meat. Sprinkle with caraway seeds, salt and pepper. Sprinkle the roast with paprika and roast 350 (if roast is fatty or 375 if lean).
