Yield: 1 Servings
|2 smalls||Or one large head Bibb lettuce torn|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|¾ cup||Chunky salsa|
|Carrot curls for garnish|
Mix salsa with juice with the sour cream thoroughly. Allow to sit for at least ½ hour then serve with Bibb lettuce and carrot curls on top. Easy but, very tasty.
