Boston lettuce salad with sesame dressing

| 1 | large | Head Boston lettuce; rinsed, drained, chilled |
| 3 | tablespoons | Vegetable oil |
| 1 | tablespoon | White vinegar |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Dijon mustard |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| Fresh ground pepper | ||
| 3 | tablespoons | Toasted sesame seeds |
Directions
VINAGRETTE DRESSING
Arrange lettuce on individual salad plates. Combine oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper; mix well. Toast sesame seeds in 350 oven in flat pan for 10-12 minutes or until golden. Immediately before serving, drizzle dressing over lettuce; top with sesame seeds. Yield 4 servings.
