| 2 | tablespoons | Ketchup |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper (MORE FOR HOT) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Garlic Powder |
| ½ | teaspoon | Onion Salt |
| 1 | pounds | Beef Roast |
Directions
