Bayou bean soup

Ingredients

| 1 | pint | Mixed dry beans |
| 2 | Onions; chopped | |
| 1 | Green pepper | |
| 2 | Stalks celery | |
| 1 | cup | Whole tomatoes; cut in fourths |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
Directions
Soak beans overnight. Cook in 2 quarts water beef bone and ham. Add smoked sausage and cook until done. Salt to taste. Serves 6.
