Ingredients

1pintMixed dry beans
2Onions; chopped
1Green pepper
2Stalks celery
1cupWhole tomatoes; cut in fourths
1tablespoonLemon juice

Directions

Soak beans overnight. Cook in 2 quarts water beef bone and ham. Add smoked sausage and cook until done. Salt to taste. Serves 6.
