½Level teaspoon salt
½Freshly ground black pepper
1Level tablespoon finely chopped parsley

Directions

1. in a pan heat butter and oil. fry potatoes on both sides until golden brown. 2. season potatoes with salt and pepper, transfer to a heated plater and serve immediately sprinkle with parsley. serves 4
