Banana foster

Ingredients

¼cupUnsalted butter
¼cupFirmly packed brown sugar
½teaspoonGround cinnamon
¼cupDark rum
¼cupCreme de banana, liqueur
4Ripe bananas, peeled, sliced
Vanilla ice cream

Directions

Stir butter with sugar and cinnamon in heavy skillet over medium heat until melted. Add dark rum and liqueur and simmer until sauce thickens, stirring occassionally, about 5 minutes.
