Bananas foster - de carle

| ½ | cup | Butter |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1 | tablespoon | Dark rum |
| 1 | tablespoon | Creme de Banana |
| 3 | larges | Bananas, split and sliced |
| Vanilla ice cream | ||
| dash | Cinnamon | |
Directions
In a wide skillet, melt butter and sugar over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture has blended to caramel.
Add liquors and ignite. (Use caution!) Heat bananas in mixture for 2 minutes and serve over ice cream. Sprinkle w a dash of cinnamon.
