2 | tablespoons | Butter |
1 | large | Ripe banana; peeled and sliced lengthwise |
2 | tablespoons | Banana liqueur |
2 | ounces | White rum |
1 | tablespoon | Lemon juice |
⅛ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
Directions
Saut bananas in sugar and butter until tender. Sprinkle liqueurs and rum over the bananas; set aflame, basting the bananas until the flame dies out.
Spoon over vanilla ice cream. Serves 2.
