Ingredients

2tablespoonsButter
1largeRipe banana; peeled and sliced lengthwise
2tablespoonsBanana liqueur
2ouncesWhite rum
1tablespoonLemon juice
teaspoonCinnamon

Directions

Saut‚ bananas in sugar and butter until tender. Sprinkle liqueurs and rum over the bananas; set aflame, basting the bananas until the flame dies out.

Spoon over vanilla ice cream. Serves 2.
