Banana cream cheese pie

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Vanilla wafer crumbs
¼ cup Sugar
6 tablespoons Butter, melted
16 ounces Cream cheese, softened
1 cup Sugar
3 xes Eggs
½ cup Bananas, mashed
1 x Banana, sliced

Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 50 mn Beat the softened cream cheese with an electric mixer until light & fluffy.

Gradually, add the sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add the eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Stir in mashed bananas.
