Banana bonanza shake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Medium-size ripe bananas; (about 1 pound), cut into chunks
¼ cup Skim milk
¼ cup Nonfat dry milk powder
⅛ teaspoon Ground allspice

In blender process:

until blended and smooth.

Pour into chilled glasses; garnish with bananas slices, if desired.

Makes 2 servings

Per serving without garnish: 236 calories, 7 grams protein, 0 grams fat, 56 grams carbohydrate

Note: For super-thick shake, place in freezer 1 to 2 hours until mixture is semi-frozen; then to drinking consistency with additional skim milk, if necessary.
