Baked trout with sea food

Ingredients

| 4 | Trout, 1 lb ea., cleaned | |
| ½ | pounds | Butter or margarine |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1½ | cup | Wine, dry white |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lime juice |
| ¾ | cup | Light cream |
| 18 | Oysters | |
| ¾ | pounds | Shrimp, peeled |
Directions
Blend ½ lb melted butter or margarine, 2 Tbsp flour. Add 1-½ Cups white wine, 2 Tbsp lime juice. Heat. Place trout into baking dish or pan. Sprinkle with salt and pepper; pour sauce over fish. COver: Bake 10-15 minutes at 375 degrees basting 2 to 3 times. Add ¾ C light cream, 18 oysters, peeled shrimp. Bake covered 20 minutes or until shrimp are cooked. Recipe date: 11/29/87
