Yield: 6 Servings
|½ pounds||Italian sausage; crumbled|
|2 cups||Low-fat milk|
|2 tablespoons||All-purpose flour|
|½ pounds||Rigatoni pasta; cooked and drained|
|2½ cup||Mozzarella cheese (10 ounces); shredded|
|¼ cup||Parmesan cheese; grated|
|1 teaspoon||Lawry's Garlic Salt|
|¾ teaspoon||Lawry's Seasoned Pepper|
|3 tablespoons||Dry bread crumbs; OR|
In large skillet, brown sausage 5 minutes; drain fat. Add milk and flour; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in pasta, cheeses, garlic salt and seasoned pepper.
In 1½ quart baking dish, place pasta mixture. Bake in 350F oven, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs (or croutons); place under broiler just to brown.
