Baked rigatoni with sausage

½ | pounds | Italian sausage; crumbled |
2 | cups | Low-fat milk |
2 | tablespoons | All-purpose flour |
½ | pounds | Rigatoni pasta; cooked and drained |
2½ | cup | Mozzarella cheese (10 ounces); shredded |
¼ | cup | Parmesan cheese; grated |
1 | teaspoon | Lawry's Garlic Salt |
¾ | teaspoon | Lawry's Seasoned Pepper |
3 | tablespoons | Dry bread crumbs; OR |
¾ | cup | Croutons |
In large skillet, brown sausage 5 minutes; drain fat. Add milk and flour; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Stir in pasta, cheeses, garlic salt and seasoned pepper.
In 1½ quart baking dish, place pasta mixture. Bake in 350F oven, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs (or croutons); place under broiler just to brown.
