Baked rigatoni with sausage

Ingredients

½poundsItalian sausage; crumbled
2cupsLow-fat milk
2tablespoonsAll-purpose flour
½poundsRigatoni pasta; cooked and drained
cupMozzarella cheese (10 ounces); shredded
¼cupParmesan cheese; grated
1teaspoonLawry's Garlic Salt
¾teaspoonLawry's Seasoned Pepper
3tablespoonsDry bread crumbs; OR
¾cupCroutons

Directions

In large skillet, brown sausage 5 minutes; drain fat. Add milk and flour; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Stir in pasta, cheeses, garlic salt and seasoned pepper.

In 1½ quart baking dish, place pasta mixture. Bake in 350F oven, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs (or croutons); place under broiler just to brown.
