Baked rigatoni with sausage

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Italian sausage; crumbled
2 cups Low-fat milk
2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
½ pounds Rigatoni pasta; cooked and drained
2½ cup Mozzarella cheese (10 ounces); shredded
¼ cup Parmesan cheese; grated
1 teaspoon Lawry's Garlic Salt
¾ teaspoon Lawry's Seasoned Pepper
3 tablespoons Dry bread crumbs; OR
¾ cup Croutons

In large skillet, brown sausage 5 minutes; drain fat. Add milk and flour; mix well. Bring to a boil over medium high heat, stirring constantly.

Remove from heat. Stir in pasta, cheeses, garlic salt and seasoned pepper.

In 1½ quart baking dish, place pasta mixture. Bake in 350F oven, uncovered, 25 minutes. Sprinkle with bread crumbs (or croutons); place under broiler just to brown.
