Baked mushroom chicken

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Pancake mix
8 \N Chicken breasts with bone
1 can Cream of mushroom soup
1 pack Onion soup mix
1 can Milk - soupcan full
1 pounds Mushrooms thickly sliced
\N \N Parmesan cheese

Recipe By: Uncle Don Preparation Time: 1:25 Mix slat, pepper and pancake mix. Shake chicken in mix and place in baking dish 9x13. Place mushrooms over chicken.

Mix soups and milk and pour over chicken and mushrooms.

Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour in 375 oven. Then uncover and sprinkle with parmesan cheese. Bake uncovered 15 min. Serve.
