Aylesworth cheese

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Longhorn cheddar; grated |
| 2 | smalls | Onions; grated |
| 1 | cup | Or less stale beer |
| ½ | cup | Catsup |
| 3 | tablespoons | Worchestershire sauce |
| 4 | Shakes hot pepper sauce | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dry mustard |
| Black pepper to taste | ||
| Cayenne to taste | ||
| Some chopped parsley; up to 1/2 C | ||
Directions
Mix all ingredients, adding beer at the last. Let chill overnight. My mother used to put it in little crocks and serve it with crackers and crusty french bread.
