Aylesworth cheese

Ingredients

1poundsLonghorn cheddar; grated
2smallsOnions; grated
1cupOr less stale beer
½cupCatsup
3tablespoonsWorchestershire sauce
4Shakes hot pepper sauce
1teaspoonDry mustard
Black pepper to taste
Cayenne to taste
Some chopped parsley; up to 1/2 C

Directions

Mix all ingredients, adding beer at the last. Let chill overnight. My mother used to put it in little crocks and serve it with crackers and crusty french bread.
