Aylesworth cheese

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Longhorn cheddar; grated
2 smalls Onions; grated
1 cup Or less stale beer
½ cup Catsup
3 tablespoons Worchestershire sauce
4 \N Shakes hot pepper sauce
1 teaspoon Dry mustard
\N \N Black pepper to taste
\N \N Cayenne to taste
\N \N Some chopped parsley; up to 1/2 C

Mix all ingredients, adding beer at the last. Let chill overnight. My mother used to put it in little crocks and serve it with crackers and crusty french bread.
