Ingredients

| 3 | cups | Water |
| 2 | teaspoons | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Kitchen bouquet |
| 1 | Bay leaf | |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Basil |
| 1 | Can stewed tomatoes w/juice | |
Directions
Brown beef and onion, drain. Place in large Dutch oven. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1½ hours, stirring occasionally.
