1cupPotato, chopped
3cupsWater
2teaspoonsSalt
1teaspoonKitchen bouquet
1Bay leaf
teaspoonBasil
1Can stewed tomatoes w/juice

Directions

Brown beef and onion, drain. Place in large Dutch oven. Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 1½ hours, stirring occasionally.
