Assyrian hamburgers

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Lean ground chuck
1 large Onion; chopped
¼ cup Green pepper; chopped
1 tablespoon Season-all
½ tablespoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 Egg
