Arborio risotto mix with recipe

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Italian arborio rice
4 Crumbled chicken bouillon cubes
⅓ teaspoon Powdered saffron RISOTTO:
4 tablespoons Butter
2 Shallots, finely chopped
1 pack Risotto mix
4 cups Boiling water
2 tablespoons Butter
¼ cup Freshly grated Parmesan cheese

Mix: Layer in order given and store in an airtight container.

Risotto alla Milanese: Cook the shallots in the butter until clear.

Add the rice mix and stir until coated. Add ½ cup boiling water and cook over medium high heat, stirring to loosen the rice from thebottom of the pot. Add water as the rice has absorbed all of it.
