1teaspoonChives
½cupDry white wine
cupRomano cheese
Tomatoes; chop, optional

Directions

Saute shallots in oil; add rice and stir a few minutes. Add warm broth and wine; stir. Add herbs and cheese. Remove from heat and let sit. Can add tomatoes, if using.
