|3 tablespoons||Seasoned dried bread crumbs|
|4||3-oz skinless boneless chicken breasts; pounded thin|
|2 teaspoons||Canola oil|
|¼ cup||Apricot spreadable fruit; melted|

Preheat broiler. Spray broiler pan with nonstick cooking spray.
Place bread crumbs on large sheet of wax paper. Brush 1 side of each chicken breast with ½ teaspoon of the oil; place oiled-side down on bread crumbs, pressing firmly to coat.
Brush uncoated side of each chicken breast with one-fourth of the spreadable fruit. Rol breass to enclose fruit; secure with wooden toothpicks. Place chicken rolls in prepared broiler pan; broil 4" from heat, 6-8 minutes, until cooked through.
