Yield: 40 cookies
Measure | Ingredient |

2 cups | Sweetened flaked coconut |
1 pack | Dried apricots (6 oz); finely chopped (1 cup) |
⅔ cup | Sweetened condensed milk; NOT evaporated milk |
1. Heat oven to 350F. Grease cookie sheets.
2. Mix all ingredients until well blended. Roll rounded teaspoonfuls into balls.
3. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheets. Bake 12 minutes or until set.
4. Remove to wire rack to cool. Store in airtight containers up to 2 weeks.
