Apple-peach chutney

Ingredients

| 7 | Golden delicious apples (about 3 lb), peeled, cored and chopped, about 10 Cups | |
| 2 | cans | Sliced peaches (15-16 oz ea.) drained, sliced, in extra light syrup, cut in thirds | 
| 2 | Jars whole onions (15 oz ea.), drained | |
| 1½ | cup | Brown sugar; packed | 
| 1 | cup | Cider vinegar | 
| 1 | cup | Raisins | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cumin | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Ginger | 
| 1 | teaspoon | Cinnamon | 
Directions
1.Bring all ingredients to a boil in a large pot. Boil gently, uncovered, about 1 hour stirring occasionally, until thickened. 
2. Cool slightly (mixture will continue to thicken as it cools). Pour into jars, cook, cover and refrigerate. 
Makes 7 cups. Age for 3 days. Refrigerate up to 2 months.
