Apple-habanero chutney

Measure Ingredient
2 \N Fresh apples; peeled and sliced
1 ounce Diced yellow onion
½ \N Fresh haberno chile; diced and seeded
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
½ teaspoon Salt
1 pinch Pepper
4 ounces Water

Lightly saute onions, add apple and chile, cook for about 5 minutes, add water and cinnamon, reduce until liquid gels, season and chill.
