4 cups | Peeled, sliced apples |
½ cup | Brown sugar |
¾ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
½ teaspoon | Salt |
2 tablespoons | Instant tapioca |
\N \N | Juice of 1 lemon |
1 cup | Boiling water |
In medium bowl, toss apples with brown sugar, cinnamon, salt and tapioca until evenly coated. Place apples in slow cooker. Pour lemon juice over top.
