|¼ cup||Apple jelly|
|1 tablespoon||Lemon juice|
Brush chicken pieces with oil; season with salt & pepper. Place in broiler pan, skin side down. Broil 5-6" from heat for 20 minutes or until lightly browned. Turn; broil 15-20 minutes or until done.
Meanwhile, melt jelly; stir in juice & spice. Brush chicken with ½ of the glaze; broil 1-2 minutes more. Remove to platter; brush with remaining glaze. ** Serve with Honeyed Apple Rings.
