Apple eggnog

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3.00 large Eggs
1.00 dash Ground cinnamon
1.00 dash Ground ginger
2.00 cup Apple juice; chilled
1.00 pint Vanilla ice cream
1.00 \N Ground nutmeg


Put the first 4 ingredients into a blender container and blend until well mixed. Spoon in the ice cream and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and top with the nutmeg, if desired.
