2. COMBINE OATMEAL COOKIE MIX WITH 1 LB SOFTENED BUTTER OR MARGARINE.

3. SPRINKLE ABOUT 2 ½ QT MIXTURE EVENLY OVER APPLES IN EACH PAN.

4. BAKE 40 MINUTES OR UNTIL TOP IS LIGHTLY BROWNED.

5. CUT 6 BY 9. SERVE WITH SERVING SPOON OR SPATULA.
