|1||Env Unflavored Gelatin|
|2 tablespoons||Red Cinnamon Candies|
|1||9 Inch Pie Shell -- baked|
In a medium-sized saucepan, beat egg yolks with water. Sprinkle gelatin into saucepan and let stand 1 min. Add candies and applesauce. Stir over low heat until gelatin is dissolved, about 5 mins. Pour into large bowl and chill, stirring occasionally, until mixture mounds slightly when dropped from spoon.
In a large bowl, beat egg whites until soft peaks form; gradually add sugar and beat until stiff. Fold into gelatin mixture. Turn into prepared crust and chill until firm.
