| 1½ | cup | Chopped pecans |
| 1½ | cup | Chopped dates |
| 3 | Egg whites, beat stiff | |
| 1 | cup | Powdered sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
Directions
Mix pecans and dates, slowly add powdered sugar to egg whites. Add vanilla and salt, beat well. Pour in nuts and dates, mix. Drop by heaping teaspoonful on a cookie sheet. Bake about 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Randy Rigg
