1Dried Ancho chili, re-hydrated
1Yellow onion
½cupPeeled garlic clove
2Red bell peppers, roasted and cleaned
2tablespoonsOlive oil
½teaspoonCumin
teaspoonSalt
¼cupHoney
8ouncesCan tomato sauce
¼cupGround oregano

Directions

Method: In a deep skillet, heat olive oil and caramelize onion and garlic cloves. Add all other ingredients, let simmer for ½ hour.

Cool. Puree in blender.
