Anadalusia daily soup

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Olive oil
2 \N Cloves garlic, chopped
1 \N Onion, chopped
3 pounds Fresh fish of your choice, cleaned and cut into bite size pieces
1½ quart Water
2 \N Peppercorns
1 \N Bay leaf Pinch cayenne
1 \N Lemon, sliced

Saute onion and garlic in hot oil in Dutch oven for 10 minutes. Add remaining ingredients except lemon slices. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Remove fish from stock; remove skin and bones. Return fish to pot; simmer 7 minutes more. Remove peppercorns and bay leaf. Serve with lemon slices.
