1 cup | Sugar |
½ teaspoon | Baking soda |
1 cup | Butter |
1 teaspoon | Almond extract |

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together. Roll dough into 1 inch balls (or rounded teaspoons) onto ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten with thumb. Top with almonds. Bake at 325 for 8-10 minutes. Makes 5 dozen. Enjoy!
