Ackee - codfish

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Tin
½ pounds Salted cod fish
1 \N Onion -- chopped
\N \N Black pepper to taste
\N \N Ackee

Bring fish to boil to remove some of the salt. Test for saltiness.

Cook fish with ackee and black pepper.
