Ingredients

1(16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
½teaspoonOregano or basil
¼teaspoonGarlic powder
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonSugar
1tablespoonFlour
¼cupChopped onion
1tablespoonParsley flakes
¼cupChopped green pepper
¼cupRed wine Parmesan cheese Approximately 1/2 to 1 c. tomato juice
1Or 2 bay leaves

Directions

Remove skin from chicken; wash and dry. Spray skillet with Pam and brown chicken until golden. Remove chicken from skillet and place in baking dish. Blend all remaining ingredients (except Parmesan cheese) in skillet and simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over chicken breasts; cover and bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
