292209 oyster rockerfeller casserole

Measure Ingredient
2 Doz oysters
4 Green onion tops
1 large Celery stalk and tops
1 teaspoon Tarragon vinegar
4 To 5 sprigs parsley
4 Rolled anchovies
1 pack Chopped spinach, cooked
With no salt & drained
1 Stick oleo or butter,
½ cup Bread crumbs
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
½ teaspoon Tabasco
Parmesan cheese

Mix melted butter and seasonings. Add to spinach, mix well and add crumbs. Place oysters in casserole, add spinach mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
