1largeCelery stalk and tops
1teaspoonTarragon vinegar
4To 5 sprigs parsley
4Rolled anchovies
1packChopped spinach, cooked
With no salt & drained
1Stick oleo or butter,
Melted
½cupBread crumbs
1teaspoonWorcestershire sauce
½teaspoonTabasco
Parmesan cheese

Directions

Mix melted butter and seasonings. Add to spinach, mix well and add crumbs. Place oysters in casserole, add spinach mixture and top with cheese. Bake at 400 degrees for 30 minutes.
