cupDiced American cheese

3cupsCooked rice (1 env. Success Rice)

Directions

Saute ½ cup chopped green pepper in ⅓ cup shortening. Add 3 cups cut up shrimp and stir until pink. Stir in ¼ cup flour and 2 teaspoons salt. Add 2 cups milk gradually. Let come to boil. Stir constantly, add 1½ cups diced American cheese and ¼ cup sliced pimento. Mix chopped parsley (1 tablespoon) with 1 envelope of cooked Success Rice. Spread rice in 2 quart greased casserole.
