Measure Ingredient
34 ounces Corn, canned *1 (2 17oz can)
1 medium Potato, diced
1 medium Celery rib, diced
¼ cup Green onion. chopped
¼ cup Cottage cheese, low fat
1 tablespoon Vinegar, red wine
1 teaspoon Tamari soy sauce
¼ teaspoon Pepper
1 tablespoon Parsley, fine chopped, fresh
1 pack Equal

Mix first 4 ingredients in large bowl. Place remaining ingredients in food processor or blender and mix until smooth.
