Zucchini-crusted pizza

Ingredients

| 3½ | cup | Grated zucchini--; (grate it coarsely) |
| 3 | Eggs; beaten | |
| ⅓ | cup | Flour |
| ½ | cup | Grated mozzarella cheese |
| ½ | cup | Grated parmesan cheese |
| 1 | tablespoon | Fresh basil leaves; minced--, (if you don't have fresh, use 1/2 teaspoon dried) |
| Salt and pepper | ||
Directions
CRUST
Salt zucchini lightly and let stand for 15 minutes. Squeeze out all excess moisture.
Combine all crust ingredients. Spread into an oiled 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until surface is dry and firm. Brush the top with oil and broil it, under moderate heat, for 5 minutes.
Pile on all of your favorite toppings. Bake about 25 minutes.
