Zucchini and parmesan pie

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 medium Grated onion
4 cups Grated zucchini
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Chopped parsley
1 cup Bisquick
4 Eggs
½ cup Oil
½ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Pepper

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease (with butter) a 9x13 inch pan. Combine all ingredients except eggs and oil. Beat eggs and oil together, then mix into zucchini mixture. Pour into pan and bake for 25 minutes or until center sets. Cool 10 minutes before cutting.
