|1 medium||Onion, chopped|
|3 cups||Okra, sliced|
|½ cup||Bacon, diced|
|½ cup||Ham, chopped|
In a medium sized saucepan, start the rice cooking. In fry pan, fry the bacon or ham, onion, and okra. When rice is ½ done, add the okra/meat mixture, and continue to cook until water is completely absorbed.
