Western's sweet 'n' sour stir-fry chicken

| Western French Dressing | ||
| 1 | can | Crushed pineapple, undrained |

| 1 | tablespoon | Lite soy sauce |
| 1 | pounds | Boneless, skinless chicken |
| Pieces, cut into strips | ||
| 1 | tablespoon | Oil |
| 1 | large | Green pepper, seeded and |
| Cut into chunks | ||
| 1 | bunch | Green onions, thinly sliced |
| 1 | each | Apple, cored and cut into |
| Chunks (Rome Beauty apple) | ||
| Cooked rice | ||
Directions
Combine Western dressing, pineapple with juice, and soy sauce; set aside. Cook chicken strips in oil over high heat, stirring constantly, until no longer pink. Add green pepper and cook for 1 minute. Stir in dressing mixture and heat. Stir in green onions and apple, but do not cook. Serve over rice.
