Western's sweet 'n' sour stir-fry chicken

Ingredients

Western French Dressing
1canCrushed pineapple, undrained
(8 oz)
1tablespoonLite soy sauce
1poundsBoneless, skinless chicken
Pieces, cut into strips
1tablespoonOil
1largeGreen pepper, seeded and
Cut into chunks
1bunchGreen onions, thinly sliced
1eachApple, cored and cut into
Chunks (Rome Beauty apple)
Cooked rice

Directions

Combine Western dressing, pineapple with juice, and soy sauce; set aside. Cook chicken strips in oil over high heat, stirring constantly, until no longer pink. Add green pepper and cook for 1 minute. Stir in dressing mixture and heat. Stir in green onions and apple, but do not cook. Serve over rice.
