Measure Ingredient
1 cup Chicken stock
1 cup Whipping cream
3 smalls Piec raw chicken
3 smalls Potatoes; peeled and boiled
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 Carrot; thinly sliced
1 Stick celery; thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley

Simmer the stock and cream for a minute then add the chicken pieces. Simmer for 7 minutes (no need to pre-seal the chicken). Add the boiled potatoes and lemon juice and simmer for another minute.

Add the carrot and celery and season, then serve.
