1cupWhipping cream
3smallsPiec raw chicken
3smallsPotatoes; peeled and boiled
1tablespoonLemon juice
1Carrot; thinly sliced
1Stick celery; thinly sliced
Salt and pepper
Fresh parsley

Directions

Simmer the stock and cream for a minute then add the chicken pieces. Simmer for 7 minutes (no need to pre-seal the chicken). Add the boiled potatoes and lemon juice and simmer for another minute.

Add the carrot and celery and season, then serve.
