Mock lobster dip

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Hard boiled eggs
4 slices Cheese; chopped fine
⅛ cup Onion; chopped fine
½ \N Jar (small) pimeinto
1 tablespoon Mayonnaise to moisten
\N \N Salt & pepper to taste

Mash eggs & stir in remaining ingredients. Must be made ahead to blend all flavors. Serve on crackers.
