|4||Hard boiled eggs|
|4 slices||Cheese; chopped fine|
|⅛ cup||Onion; chopped fine|
|½||Jar (small) pimeinto|
|1 tablespoon||Mayonnaise to moisten|
|Salt & pepper to taste|
Mash eggs & stir in remaining ingredients. Must be made ahead to blend all flavors. Serve on crackers.
