Waffles with red berries and creme fraiche

125gramsPunnet whitecurrants; washed, topped and

125gramsPunnet blackcurrants; washed topped and
; tailed
250gramsPunnet strawberries; washed and cut in
; half
1200 gram pac waffles
Creme fraiche

Directions

TO SERVE

In a saucepan gently heat the redcurrant jelly and kirsh, until liquid like. Stir in the fruit and mix to combine, heat until warmed through.

Cover and put to one side.

Heat the waffles as per pack instructions.

Place the waffles on individual plates, top with the fruit mixture and a spoonful of creme fraiche. Serve immediately.
