Very good fried chicken

Yield: 6 servings

Measure Ingredient
2½ pounds Fryer, cut up and sprinkled with salt and pepper
2 tablespoons Evaporated milk
2 tablespoons Water

Pour over chicken ingredients above and marinate about 10 minutes.

Dip chicken in bowl of all-purpose flour. Shake off excess flour.

Deep fry in Wesson oil at 300 degrees or pan fry on medium (making sure oil is hot before putting chicken in and that chicken is covered with oil at all times). Fry until golden brown. Same recipe may be used for pork chops.
