Veggie pate

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Mushrooms
Oil
¼ cup Fried onions (Durkees or Indian)
¼ cup Nutritional yeast
¼ teaspoon Smoked salt (I skipped this because the boullion powder had enough salt)
Few dashes Vegetable seasoning (unsalted)
Vegetarian "Beef" bouillon powder to taste

Saute 1 lb mushrooms in a bit of oil, until lightly browned. Put in blender or food processor. Add remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly. Serve with crackers. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest V97 #103 by "Phil Gurnicht" <gurnicht@...> on Mar 28, 1997
