2 tablespoons | Oil |
1 medium | Onion, sliced |
3 cups | Chopped mixed vegetables |
2 teaspoons | Salt |
½ teaspoon | Black pepper |
2 tablespoons | Soy sauce |
1 litre | Water |
1 bunch | Watercress cleaned & chopped |
Heat oil in a soup pot & stir fry onion for 1 minute. Add vegetables, salt, pepper & soy sauce. Fry together for 2 minutes. Add water & bring to a boil. Simmer till the vegetables are tender. Add watercress & serve.
