Two-minute cookles

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter or margarine
½ cup Milk
2 cups Sugar
3 cups Dry quick-cooking oatmeal
\N \N Or old-fashioned oatmeal
5 tablespoons Unsweetened cocoa
½ cup Raisins
\N \N Chopped nuts or coconut

In a large saucepan, heat butter, milk and sugar. Bring to a boil, stirring occasionally. Boil for 1 minute. Remove from the heat. Stir in oatmeal, cocoa and raisins, nuts or coconut. Drop by tablespoonsful onto waxed paper. Cool. Yield: about 3 dozen cookies Recipe By : Taste of Home
