½ cup | Water or veg. broth |

6 ounces | Rinsed/drained garbanzo beans (Beano if desired) |
½ cup | Tomotoes |
½ cup | Broccoli |
½ cup | Califlower |
"Saute" onions in water or broth. Add TVP for about 10 minutes, then gradually add remaining vegetables and cook approximately 5 minutes. This is great over pasta. Also, liquid smoke adds flavor if you have some.
