2Tubs ricotta cheese
2Handfuls dried fruit; diced
1Lemon; zest of
2ouncesVanilla sugar
2Egg yolks
2ouncesGround almonds

Directions

Empty two tubs of ricotta into a Mouli and mash into a bowl. Add the ground almonds, the egg yolks and stir.

Next add the diced dried fruit, sugar and lemon zest. Mix all together.

You can either serve cold or cook in a medium oven for half an hour.
